Sam Khoury is an experienced leader in Connected TV, partnerships, and marketing strategy. As the Founder of Cedar Consultants, he works with ad tech companies to refine their positioning, grow market presence, and drive effective marketing execution.
Previously, Sam led CTV partnerships at T-Mobile, where he managed monetization strategy, business development, and technical platform integrations. He also served as the main point of contact for major media partners in the streaming ecosystem. Before that, he spent five years in senior roles at FreeWheel, overseeing key client relationships and playing a central role in expanding the company’s CTV footprint.
Today, Sam advises multiple companies and remains active in shaping the future of CTV, programmatic growth, and modern marketing through strategic consulting and collaboration.
